From 11.5-11.6, the first WUIS Business Simulation Challenge Competition was held at the wuxi united International School. Before that, we held a total of six business competitions. We learned the mistakes and lessons of each business competition and established it with the Youth Leaders League of China. A business simulation challenge competition with a new competition system. In this business competition, we have students from grades 7, 8, 9, and 10. The initial idea is to create a real and competitive market atmosphere so that everyone can experience the pressure of society in advance.

In order to let everyone devote their energy to the game. We changed our previous online transaction model to sign a paper two-way contract, which not only reduces the use time of electronic equipment, but also provides strong evidence when necessary.

This time we added the link of writing our own financial statements after the end of each fiscal year. In this link, we can learn the life skills necessary for the future of making statements, and we can also find our mistakes more clearly and easily during the fiscal year. It can be easier to summarize at the end of the game and resume.
03、In this business competition, we have arranged a lot of tasks (such as making products, selling, finding OEMs or helping others). These test people’s patience and perseverance. The business simulation challenge is a very good simulated social practice activity. In the well-designed simulated business environment, students form teams with their peers, divide labor and cooperate to operate the company. Through understanding a series of complete business processes such as market, R & D products, sales practice and financial statements, they learn in practice and experience the practical significance of economic concepts in books. Through the real problems and different challenges faced in the operation process, exercise and develop students’ leadership ability, communication ability, teamwork ability and decision-making ability. On the other hand, as a practical significance, the holding of the business competition is conducive to guiding students to find their interests and strengths, and laying the foundation for the subsequent course selection of IGCSE and IB.
