——Our BC program successfully cleared the annual BC inspection
Last week, the BC program of our school successfully passed the annual routine inspection conducted by the British Columbia Ministry of Education. During the two-day rigorous evaluation (November 24th-25th), the department received high praise from the supervising officials for its solid educational foundation, high-quality teaching practices, and comprehensive capabilities. Multiple aspects of its work were rated as “Top notch”!
During the annual inspection, the supervisory officials had detailed communication with Ms. Lu Huiwen, the General Principal of the Xiehe Education Group, Ms. Li Chunyan, the Principal of Shanghai United International School (SUIS), Ms. Toni Wereschuk, the Principal of the BC program, and Mr. William Skytte, the Vice Principal of the BC program. They also had in-depth exchanges with foreign teachers and the Chinese homeroom teacher team. After two days of in-depth investigation, the supervisory officials highly affirmed the quality of our program. We received the “top-notch” evaluation in multiple aspects such as teacher team building, curriculum design, cultural integration, team collaboration, home-school cooperation, and learning resource guarantee.
The annual routine inspection are not only continuous certifications of the educational quality of our BC program, but also the driving force for future development. In the future, our school will continue to delve into the field of international education, constantly optimize the curriculum system, strengthen the construction of teaching staff, and improve management services, to build a better platform for the growth of teachers and students!
