Class Management-Love
For classroom management, Mr Kong fully respects all his students. He believes that adequate play and exercise are an indispensable part of a golden childhood, a guarantee of children’s physical and mental health, and an effective way to improve learning efficiency. In addition to PE class, Mr Kimi has been leading students in play and exercise for 20-35 minutes every day over the past three years, releasing in his students their child-like nature.
In Mr Kong’s opinion, the purpose of school is to educate students to not only adapt to society well but also to create a new future. Therefore, he carefully creates an atmosphere of democracy, equality, cooperation and autonomy in the class, and sets up 29 equal class positions where every student participates in classroom management with a “job”, with the homeroom teacher supervising the class.
