Enjoy the sunshine and take a deep breath，Let’s start reading. Open a book, grow your mind.
Educator Zhu Yongxin once said: “Education is to awaken, every life is a magic seed, containing unknown secrets, and reading can awaken this kind of beauty and magic.”
Our school has been committed to cultivating students’ reading habits. The reading activities are in line with the characteristics of students of different ages.
The activity ‘Read Aloud’ encourages lower grades to appreciate the beautiful language, and experience the emotion and rhythm conveyed by words.
We advocate the combination of reading, writing and drawing, and the combination of reading picture books, telling stories, drawing expression and creation, so as to give full play to the learning ability and creativity of young children.

Reading culture should permeate around the campus. We hope to see signs encouraging reading in eye-catching places, such as interesting door decoration, decorate the classroom door with our favourite book cover .
Through participating in interesting and fruitful reading activities in the school, not only enriched students’ experience, but also stimulated the students’ reading enthusiasm. In the future, we will prepare more interesting and diversified reading activities, and expect more students to participate in and benefit from them.
The spirit of books, like the fragrance of flowers, diffuses in every corner of the campus, our library is always open to everyone.
