Xiehe Education | [Wanyuan] Versatile Xiehe

During the last semester, SUIS Wanyuan has issued numerous articles under the “Versatile Xiehe” column. A total of 19 Wanyuan students from Primary School, Middle School and High School showcased their knowledge, competences, and aspirations. The column also demonstrated the educational characteristics of “Diversity & Balance” at SUIS Wanyuan, as well as its versatile and colorful school life.

Beginning from this issue, we will launch a new series of “Versatile Xiehe” to showcase the qualities and experiences of our outstanding teachers.

Ms. Wang Jing is a CPC member, a homeroom teacher and a math teacher for grade two. She is also the nominated teacher of the 2019 “Best Teacher’s Award” of the SUIS Parents Association, Xielihui.

As a teacher who has 17 years of teaching career. At the beginning of every semester, Mrs. Wang is still full of joy and expectation. She’s looking forward to children’s reunion and ready for the progress on her students as well as herself. Even years of teaching, her love for education has not been reduced even a bit. For her, lovely students and beloved class are part of her life.

Diligent – improve self-quality

The discipline knowledge is the foundation of being a teacher. Therefore these years, Mrs. Wang constantly improving her professional knowledge. She has always insisted on participating in PDs and trainings, reading magazines and monographs, actively undertaking opening classes, sharing teaching ideas and also being modest to learn from the other teachers. She has been rated as a teaching expert in the district. She also won the first prize for the course evaluation in Zhejiang Province. The papers she wrote were published in the magazines such as “Periodical Literatures Reprinted by Renmin University”, “Primary and Secondary School Textbook Teaching”, “Primary School Teaching-Mathematics Edition” and “Fujian Education”.

In 2018, Mrs. Wang came to SUIS Wanyuan. She actively integrated into the school, continued to learn from colleagues, and quickly adapted to the working atmosphere and “daily routine” of SUIS Wanyuan. She got highly recognition both in mathematics teaching and class management.

Tolerance and benevolence – true understanding of children

Classroom is the place which accept errors from all the students, they growing together with these mistakes. Mrs. Wang always has an energetic and kind heart, she tolerates the students’ faults, so that every young life grows in a vast and warm space safely and happily. In the eyes of Mrs. Wang, each child is great and special. Such difference constitutes a colorful world. After a long time, she feeling herself became a child as her students, so she can understand the kids especially.

Simple target-Accompanying students to grow up

To accelerate each other between teaching and learning. Education is accomplished by both teachers and students. After a long time, the educational theories learned in the books have been forgotten. But Mrs. Wang has turned his years of experience into behavior. She always said that she is only doing her job well, but she does not know the persistence shows her deep love for students. It is these details that make the children be more and more fond of her, more and more dependent on he. Children always want to share interesting things with her and even call her “mum” by mistake, just at such a moment, her heart getting warmed and satisfied!

Year after year, Mrs. Wang firmly believed in her own beliefs. On the path of education, be a guide for children’s kindness and hard work, a stepping stone!

Winni in the Eyes of Her Students

In my eyes, Mrs. Wang is like my mother. When I first started school in the first grade, I often called her mum by mistake. Because I was not familiar with the school and my classmates then, the kindness of Mrs. Wang gave me a sense of safety and helped me adapt to the new environment quickly. And her class is both lively and interesting, sometimes she teaches us to do math games, sometimes to do handcrafts. The colorful learning content makes us like her math class very much.

Mrs. Wang is a superwoman for Maths.All the questions and problems seem to be very simple and interesting after her teaching. She is very careful of all the details, when she find anything we don’t understand, she will teach us patiently even for several times until we finally got it.

SUIS Wanyuan in the heart of the Ms.Wang

When I first arrived in SUIS Wanyuan, I was attracted by the picture-like environment here. After a school tour, I found that the advancedteaching equipment, all kinds of supporting facilities are very humanized,which suits for children’s physical and mental characteristics. Chirldren’s work are showed in the classrooms and corridors that represent the uniqueness of each child. After working for a while, I found that every leader and teacher here is very kind and helpful.They are full of love and patience to the students, and a strong atmosphere of teaching and research. The whole team is very harmonious, positive and motivated. The children here are lively and lovely, they are eager to learn and versatile. I feel very happy being able to work in such a school.
